Associate

Ben is an Associate in our Disputes team, having joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2021.

During his training contract, Ben gained experience across a wide range of commercial and contentious matters. Ben's disputes experience includes advising on copyright infringement, licensing disputes and breach of contract claims in music and film. Ben has also worked on reputation matters, including pre-and post-publication advice involving defamation and privacy.

Ben studied Music at the University of Cambridge and, prior to converting to law, worked in the recording sector of the music industry.
